I created a blog that has no meaning. Ferry is back is supposed to be a blog about nothing. Like seinfeld, this blog will talk about the interesting nothings of the web. When you look thru the internet news web sites, you usually find a lot of random bits of info that means nothing. I think that most of the things that we find entertaining mean nothing. For example, movies and tv shows mean nothing. It can entertaining and sometimes inspire, but all in all, it is meaningless to our lives. Sure we can talk about the film or tv show with my friends and co workers, but that doesn’t do anything. Same with sports. I think that sports and all this and that are mere distractions. We do not want to focus on the important things about our lives. We don’t care about politics or money. We just want to have no responsibility and just come home and drain our brain.

My favorite ferry or fairy

Tinkerbell has to be the best and most popular fairy. She was played by Julia Roberts in the movie “Hook.” If Julia Roberts plays you on the silver screen, that means you are the best fairy. I love the sound effects of the fairy. When Tinkerbell flies around, the sound of her fairy movement is magical. The magic pixie dust that comes off of her wings are awesome.

I used to work at Disneyland when i was in high school. It was a great job and i loved it. I met a lot of cool friends there and i even fell in love with one of my co workers. No, she wasn’t the girl who played Tinkerbell. I wish!

She worked on Main Street. She was a cast member at the Emporium. Her duties were to tend the cash register and help out with customer service. She was as beautiful as Tinkerbell. I had a girlfriend at the time. When we first met, everything seemed like it was in slow motion. I was scared and thrilled just to be next to her. I had a crush and it led to a friendship. Eventually we fell in love.

Of course, love is fleeting. It was still love. I still keep in touch with her from time to time, but what we had is now lost. Sometimes i think that love is a fairytale. Or should i say it’s a ferrytale cause my blog is named ferryisback.com.

I wanted to do something weird with this post. I wanted to list all things that are related to ferry. Danny Ferry. Ferry boat. Ferry berry. I just made up ferry berry. It sounds like a yogurt flavor. Or, it could be the name of a new ice cream chain. I wonder if ferryberry dot com is registered. I’m sure it is. It seems like every conceivable domain name has been registered already. I remember the first time i tried to pick up a domain name. I randomly started putting together little phrases. It wasn’t until my 14th attempt that i got something available.

Coming back to ferry is back. Ferry is pronounced fairy. Fairy is sometimes associated with homosexuality. Fairy is also associated with Dineyland and tinkerbell. When i quicly read ferry, i sometimes see it as perry. As in Tyler Perry. Tyler Perry is a cross dressing millionaire. He has turned a bunch of bad quality urban movies into Hollywood gold. I’m a big time movies buff but i really don’t understand why those movies make money.

Save Ferris is back

I think the movie “Ferris Bueller’s day off” had a big impact on my generation. I remember reading an article on esquire magazine about how Brad Pitt used to check into hotels under the name Abe Froman. Remember Abe Froman? The sausage king of Chicago. Also, remember how Ferris Bueller pretended to be sick in that movie? And there was a big blimp with “SAVE FERRIS” on it. The students all pitched in to buy him flowers and etc. God i wish i was like Ferris Bueller.

Anyway, i was wondering if the Rock Bank, Save Ferris was named that because of “Ferris Bueller’s day off?” I think so, but i’m not for certain. I’m sure i could do some searches online but it’s hard to find info like this sometimes because of all the junk out there on the web. Where was Ferry? When did Ferry come back? Who is Ferry? What is Ferry? Why is Ferry? Ferry is back is a site written by me. I go by the name Ferry because i like to think of myself as a Ferry. When i was a kid, there was a movie loved. It was called, Ferris Bueller’s day off. The type of guy Ferris was, was the type of guy i wanted to become. I am not in my 30s and i still want to be a Ferris Bueller type of guy. The Character played by Mathew Broderick really got me thinking. I am getting old, but i am still insecure and self conscious. I still feel like i have to learn and grow up. Ferris seemed so on top of things. I wanna be like Ferris but i realize that i am more like Cameron. When Cameron was in Egypt land, let my Cameron Go.

With this blog, i will just ramble about my trials and tribulations. I will discuss the net and movies. I might talk about some cool tech stuff as well. I hope you guys find my blog interesting and i hope you will return to ferryisback dot com.
